Senior BIM Delivery Lead – Data Centre Projects (Sweden) We are working with a leading engineering contractor delivering major data centre projects across Europe. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Senior BIM Delivery Lead to join their on-site project team in Sweden. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving BIM delivery and digital coordination across a large-scale data centre project. You will lead BIM teams, manage multidisciplinary coordination, resolve clashes, and ensure all digital deliverables support successful project execution. This role suits an experienced BIM professional who can lead teams, take ownership of project-wide coordination, and drive high-quality BIM delivery in a fast-paced mission-critical environment.
€85,000 - €105,000 + Package | Accommodation + Rotation + Travel + €1,200 Net Living Allowance
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate all BIM delivery activities across mechanical, electrical and CSA packages
• Manage BIM Coordinators and Technicians to ensure project BIM requirements are achieved
• Drive clash detection, model coordination and multidisciplinary design integration
• Ensure BIM deliverables align with the BIM Execution Plan and project programme
• Coordinate closely with package managers, engineers and subcontractors on complex installations
• Oversee production of 2D/3D models, drawings, schedules and construction documentation
• Support digital innovation and continuous improvement in BIM processes and workflows
• Resolve technical coordination issues and support constructability reviews across the project
• Lead BIM meetings, reporting and progress updates to senior project teams
• Ensure all BIM outputs support installation sequencing, commissioning readiness and handover
About You
• Degree in Engineering, Building Services or similar
• Strong BIM leadership experience across large-scale construction projects
• Data centre or mission-critical project experience preferred
• Advanced Revit MEP knowledge with strong coordination capability
• Strong experience with Navisworks, clash detection and BIM execution planning
• Proven ability to lead BIM teams and manage multidisciplinary interfaces
• Excellent communication, planning and technical coordination skills
